Included in your portrait booking is professional mounting and special next day delivery by Royal Mail.

The professional mounting is done in a grey/blueish mount. However, cream is also available so please ask for cream is you would prefer. Your portrait will be mounted with barrier and backing board.

Special delivery is included within every booking, however, if you are Dorset based Lucy always recommends collecting in person. The delivery fee is then deducted.

• Contact Lucy via email including what you would like drawn and if you have a deadline as she can have a few months booked in advance depending on time of year.
• Please then send across the reference photos you would like drawn. Lucy will then do a digital mockup, removing the background, and advise which photo would work best.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is then required to secure your booking and is payable after a reference is agreed upon.
• When your portrait is next in line, it will take Lucy a period of 4 weeks to complete (including spending a week at the framers being mounted). She will send a photo once drawn for your approval before it goes to the framers.
• The other 50% is payable before being sent out for delivery or collection.

Photoshoot:

If you are struggling for a reference photo Lucy can take photos with her camera. Lucy charges £40.00 for a shoot and all photos are sent across to choose from. Most photoshoots take place at Lo's Cafe in Pimperne (Blandford) as it has a lovely field which is perfect for dog photoshoots. Lucy can also do home photoshoots but prices may vary depending on distance. Please get in touch for an accurate quote.

Professional Framing:

Your portrait will be going into the framers to be mounted professionally, however, Lucy can also arrange for it to be framed. This price will depend on which frame you chose. Please get in touch for an accurate quote.
