Order delivery status
All orders are sent out twice a week, this is usually a Tuesday and Friday via Royal Mail (using Standard 2nd Class). Orders need to be placed by Monday morning for Tuesday delivery, and by Thursday afternoon for Friday delivery. All orders take 5-7 days as standard. If your order has not arrived with you after 10 days of ordering please get in contact and Lucy will chase it down for you!
How to book pet portraits
To book in portraits please contact Lucy either by Whatsapp (07425553044) or email (info@sharealittlefrankie.co.uk). Please attach the image or possible images you may like Lucy to work from with the text/email, along with which size you are interested in.
