It is very rare as a small business that I can afford to have a sale. The markups which are put on products are already very small, so having a sale squeezes those margins even further.
However, after 3 years of enjoying my business and trialing designs and ranges I now know what I would like to move forward with: my British countryside range, my greetings cards, and my kitchenware.
To make room for this in my stockroom (aka spare bedroom) I am having a huge clearance sale with some items being listed below wholesale price...which pretty much means I am selling it for what I bought it + packaging. Not very good business I know! But it does mean you can get some wonderful gifts from a small business at an affordable cost before Christmas! And lots of items in the sale will make wonderful stocking fillers too!
To sweeten the 'BIG CHRISTMAS CLEARANCE SALE' even more, I will be giving away the last of the 'Ralph reindeer' tote bags to the first 8 orders over £15 (ex delivery). These are not available to purchase and were only printed in very limited quantities initially... and they are in colour too!
